He has earlier launched many government schemes which have benefited many people of our state. But this time he has launched an extraordinary project keeping only the unemployed youth of our state in mind. Through this project many unemployed youths of our state will find a permanent and bright future. So now let's know about this project in detail.

- The job seekers applying here will be recruited by the Board which is managed by Utkarsh Bangla i.e. West Bengal Society for Skill Development.

- Hon'ble Chief Minister of our state has decided to provide employment to 30,000 unemployed youth of the state through this Utkarsh Bengali scheme of West Bengal government. However, he assured that more employment will be provided later.

- Candidates applying here will not be appointed at any particular place. They can be posted anywhere in West Bengal.

| Educational Qualification |
- To apply for this Scheme, the job seeker must have passed Madhyamik from any Government board. But those with Higher Education are equally eligible to apply here. And also those who have done diploma in I.T.I or Polytechnic or Engineering from any Government Institution can also apply here. To apply for this scheme

Here basically you have to apply through online. Steps to be followed for making this application are-
- First click on the official website given below this notification.
- Then there will be options of many courses.
- Choose a course of your choice from there.
- Then an online application form will appear, fill the form by writing your own name, father's name, mother's name, guardian's name, educational qualification, gender, age, address, aadhaar number, a valid email id and phone number etc.
- After that you have to scan a passport size photo of yourself and upload it in the specified place of the form. And you have to scan a signature of your own and upload it in the specified place of the form.
- Then add your required documents to the form and click the submit button to complete your application.

Necessary documents to be attached with this form are
- Secondary Admit Card as proof of age.
- Aadhaar card or voter card as a citizen of the country or state.
- All educational qualification documents.
- One copy of passport size photograph.

| Recruitment rocess |
- Job aspirants applying here will be trained in the course for which they have applied while applying for this scheme for at least 3 months from any government recognized institution. This training will be completely free. Rather, the government will also give some money as stipend to each trainee during the training. And after 3 months after completion of training, the applied job seekers will be arranged for employment.
